Once they're gone, they're gone, as the sites will be redeveloped as houses or worse. Genuine old pubs used by the local community cannot be 'created' by a brewery, ergo they cannot be replaced once lost. And of course I'm happy to help keep them in business. I particularly like the bulldog device with its great use of negative space. An English icon. Nice bit of Bodoni too, if I'm not mistaken from the small pic (Frederic Goudy's comments about sheep notwithstanding!)
